Been communicating with Jason Motts (and some of his colleagues) for quite a while and he always provides an honest and transparent approach to the process. He will guide you in a way that’s not self-serving, but actually what’s best for you. He has also taken a lot of his time to explain different things to me that other dealers refused to do or they just pass you off to someone else because “they can’t be bothered.”
I bought a 2017 Kia Sorento and was very happy with the experience. Brendon was extremely knowledgeable and treated me very fairly. I got all my questions answered and did not feel any of the high pressure tactics used by some dealerships.
I had an awesome experience yesterday. I went to Abeloff to see a vehicle they’d advertised on their website ,that I thought was very fairly priced. I was very pleased to find the vehicle was there with no hidden costs or no salesman bait and switch . The salesman Rick all the way to the Finance Manager and Including the Manager of dealership were professional courteous and fair. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from there again.
I have dealt with many car salesman in my life and almost all of them I did not trust then I met Brendan at Abeloff Nissan . I knew as soon as I started talking to him he was a good guy . I wish all car salesman were like Brendan . I told my wife about him and the next day she was with me to pick up the SUV and she spent some time with him while I did the paper work he went over the SUV from top to bottom with her and programed her cell phone with the SUV. ...
I locked my keys in my car and called the parts department to find out information about making a master key to be able to get into the car . Within a hour a Staff showed up at my house with my 2 keys. Talk about good customer service. I don't know of any other dealer who would have done that .

Had my Nissan NV 2500 for a year (bought used from a different dealer). Brought it to Abeloff's for state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Service Manager, Tim advised the brake calipers were rusted beyond expectation. This issue was overlooked by the dealer that did the last inspection (Scranton area) on the van because apparently, I was using the front brakes for the whole year. Responded to ad in CarGurus. Had good price for vehicle with warranty & dealer perks, I.e. Free oil change. Brandon Woodson was very responsive and informative & continues to follow up on minor request. Have not had service yet so can't comment. Would recommend dealer & Brandon.

My husband and I sent in an internet request about a used Rogue on New Year's Eve. Joe Gering called regarding our inquiry the following day. We were near the area and stopped in to take the car for a test drive. We loved the car and felt the price was reasonable. Joe was very personable and we never felt any pressure. A bad experience at another dealership, led us to turn to Abeloff. What a difference! We should have gone here in the first place.

The sales person Joe Gering was very professional. I felt the pricing was fair and there was never pressure to purchase while negotiating the price. I added the nav pkg on the morning of delivery and Joe Gering and Abeloff were still able to deliver the exact vehicle and color when promised on that afternoon. Friendly knowlegeable salesperson and support staff. No game playing with this salesperson. He listens to your needs, and does his best to find a car that matches those needs for a price you can afford. After the sale, he goes out of his way to insure that you understand the operation of the car you bought, as well as introducing you to service staff and procedures so later visits become easier.
