My issues with Abeloff Nissan stem from their service department. It has morphed into a real shoddy operation. Has declined over the past 3 years. They need to higher service writers who connect better with their customers and mechanics who take their job seriously and now basic mechanics. What an extremely disgraceful business Abeloff has morphed into. We have been loyal customers for over 30 years, purchasing and leasing more vehicles than I can recall and using the service department. We have also recommended the dealership to friends and family over the years.
After our latest experience, we will never use them again and recommend everyone make a different choice.

Go here if you LOVE wasting your time and driving 2.5 hours ONE WAY just to be told the car was sold once you arrive. They will back peddle and say there "wasn't a deal yet", blame it on their 'sister dealership' and take zero responsibility, so I'm grateful that I didn't purchase a car from someone who takes zero responsibility for anything at all. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Abelhoff Nissan My 2020 Frontier has a problem with starting. When you depress brake and hit start button it doesnt always start. I wanted to get checked out before it leaves me stranded. Service told me they cant look at it for two weeks. I have a trip to North Carolina scheduled in 5 days. They told me there is nothing they can do. Truck is two years old with 19k mileage and I guess I'm just supposed to let it sit. I wont be getting a fourth vehicle from these people!

As a young woman this dealership tried to sell me a used vehicle that had a rusted out bottom and frame, i took it to my mechanic who told me it would not last even 2 years and was a $15,000 used vehicle. This is the only review I have ever written. I am doing it because women are unsafe here. Abeloff Nissan tries to nickel and dime customers and force you to spend money that is unwarranted. Abeloff dealership forced me to buy windshield wipers in 2021 or they said they would fail my inspection. BUYER BEWARE. Once your vehicle is off of warranty the service dept. will find UNNECESSARY repairs and charge RIDICULOUS amount for parts and labor.Stay away!!!!

Had a horrible experience with Abeloff Nissan Service Center in Bartonsville. Brought in my Nissan Altima due to slight crackling and popping under the hood. $3,000 later they returned my car back to me in worst shape. The motor was loud and bucked when put into gear. Further work on it did not fix it. Finding another mechanic to undo what they did or at least, find out what they over looked. Save your money... go somewhere else.

I have just had my xterra serviced at this dealership, a 165,000 mile service package, and a replacement clock spring for the horn 2 service 1100 dollars, not only did the low tire air light not been serviced, the dash was not clipped back into the secure location, the dash panel fell onto my legs while driving. Been communicating with Jason Motts (and some of his colleagues) for quite a while and he always provides an honest and transparent approach to the process. He will guide you in a way that’s not self-serving, but actually what’s best for you. He has also taken a lot of his time to explain different things to me that other dealers refused to do or they just pass you off to someone else because “they can’t be bothered.”

I bought a 2017 Kia Sorento and was very happy with the experience. Brendon was extremely knowledgeable and treated me very fairly. I got all my questions answered and did not feel any of the high pressure tactics used by some dealerships.

TLDR: Abeloff Nissan in Bartonsville, PA are shifty, shady people who charge an overwhelming amount of money for labor, do sloppy jobs, make you return multiple days for simple things, purposefully cause problems with your vehicle to bring you back in, and just overall rip you off for your time and A LOT of your money. I had an awesome experience yesterday. I went to Abeloff to see a vehicle they’d advertised on their website ,that I thought was very fairly priced. I was very pleased to find the vehicle was there with no hidden costs or no salesman bait and switch . I locked my keys in my car and called the parts department to find out information about making a master key to be able to get into the car . Within a hour a Staff showed up at my house with my 2 keys. Talk about good customer service. I don't know of any other dealer who would have done that .

I brought my leased vehicle in for servicing (tire & oil change). The mechanic working on the vehicle was dropping my wheels and pushing them across the garage to the other side where the tire machine as located. Service Manager, Tim advised the brake calipers were rusted beyond expectation. Had a great experience and got what we wanted. Had a Chevy Silverado on lease and they worked with me to get the balance paid off and now own a 2018 Nissan Titon!!

After being told that a state inspection was done on my car, i noticed that there was no sticker. I called and spoke to a service tech that told me i was wasting his time because i don’t pay for the service repairs or inspections due to the lease that i possess. My father went in and was treated poorly, they implied that he was incompetent due to his accent. This is the 10th car my father had bought from this dealership. Lost story short we will no longer give them our business.

They refused to replace my side panel with paint chipping and said since i had underbody work done(ran over a curb)it voided tbe warrenty on the whole car which is completely unacceptable because there was no body damage. Terrible dealership would not recommend in my lifetime.

Bought a certified car from them. They offer free oil changes to customers. I went in for my first oil change 4 months after buying the car and they tell me I wore my break pads down and needed to replace because the caliper wasn't working properly. I bought a Nissan Pathfinder 3 months ago, I just took it for oil change to find out I need new tires, rotors and pads. How can a new car needs all those things after 3000 miles. James would not answer my questions regarding price. ASSUMED what my income level and how much I could afford which was INCORRECT. Too focused on looking at other customers that walked in and not focused on me. Needless to say because of his terrible customer service I purchased my 2013 Nissan from a different Nissan Dealership in my area.

Friendly knowlegeable salesperson and support staff. No game playing with this salesperson. He listens to your needs, and does his best to find a car that matches those needs for a price you can afford. After the sale, he goes out of his way to insure that you understand the operation of the car you bought, as well as introducing you to service staff and procedures so later visits become easier.

I purchased my vehicle during the cash for clunkers promotion and waited 4 weeks to obtain possession of my vehicle when others I knew got their new vehicles right away using the same promotion. I hate to use a cliche, but it was actually a "pleasant car buying experience" from start to finish. The salesman weren't pushy or sleazy. What they promised on the phone, they delivered. There was no pressure to buy and everyone at the dealership who I spoke to or even passed by was pleasant.
